If payment is not received when due, we may suspend or terminate your access to our services. You will remain liable for all charges incurred through the date of termination.

We understand that you may share confidential information with us in connection with our services. We will maintain the confidentiality of such information and use it only for the purpose of providing our services to you.

Both parties agree to protect each other's confidential information and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law or court order.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Francisco, California.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and EsteemTech Labs regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
